RECRUITMENT

The Zeta Omicron chapter of Alpha Delta Pi eagerly awaits Recruitment each year. It is always with great excitement that we welcome a new class of members to our Sisterhood who will continue our legacy of developing well-rounded collegiate women. Our wish is that all Potential New Members will feel welcome throughout the process of Recruitment. Each sorority at Georgia Tech has something unique to offer and we are confident that each girl will find her home. That being said, if you are a Potential New Member, we hope that you pay special attention to the warmth, sincerity, and passion that encompasses Alpha Delta Pi.

The strength of our chapter lies in its well-rounded Sisterhood. Zeta Omicron thrives off of the energy of our Sisters' diverse involvements; we have members on intramural and club teams, Goldrush and cheerleading squads, in marching band, and serving as presidents of academic organizations. Most importantly, we support each other as individuals, Sisters, and students who care about both our Greek and Georgia Tech families. Alpha Delta Pi is so many things to so many young women, and we cannot wait to show you that firsthand! We are certain that Alpha Delta Pi can be your home.

Preparing for Recruitment:

Fall 2024 Formal Recruitment lasts from August 14th through 19th. PNM orientation will be on the 14th. During the four rounds, each day will offer more time to get to know our chapter and our chapter to know you! For more information on formal recruitment please visit gatech.cpc.com!

Remember that it is always good to have at least one recommendation filled out in addition to sending us Panhellenic's recruitment application. However, it is not required to have a recommendation, and no Potential New Member will be penalized for not having one.

If you have unanswered questions or concerns, feel free to get in touch with us by emailing our Vice President of Recruitment, Kendall, at frc@gtadpi.org.

Bid Day 2023!!

Bid Day 2022!!

Meet our director of primary

recruitment!!

Dear PNM,

Welcome to Georgia Tech! You are about to embark on the best 4 years (maybe more lol!) of your life! Recruitment will be one of the most exciting, exhausting weeks of your life! You will dive into deep conversations and get to know all of us while we enjoy getting to know you! This will be one of the most thrilling and transformative weeks and fully embracing this experience will be helpful when ultimately deciding where you want to run home to at the end of the week. Here is a little bit about my recruitment experience!

I remember going recruitment in 2021 and having genuine, meaningful conversations at each of my houses that I went to, making it harder each round to narrow down my number of houses. At the end of my recruitment experience, I knew that ADPi felt like home every time I stepped into the house and I had conversations with girls that were very intentional and did not seem rehearsed or forced. I am so happy with my decision and I hope that each of you have a positive experience and really dive into your conversations and get to know not just ADPi, but all of the CPC community.

You have already taken the first step and should be proud of yourself for even signing up for this experience! It can be exciting and nerve-wracking, but this decision can help shape your college experience. It is important at this time to lean on friends and family to help you calm your nerves so that you can make the best decision for yourself. Be confident, trust your intakes, and soak up recruitment week! And of course (way easier said than done), do not be nervous! I promise us on the other side are ten times more nervous because we want y’all to like us just as much as you want us to like you!

We look forward to meeting all of you in August!!
