Bye Brittain!!

Our house at 729 Brittain Dr. will be under renovation for the 2026-2027 calendar year. Our house has held so many memories over the years. While it’s bittersweet to say see you later to the place we’ve viewed as our second home, we’re so excited for this new chapter, and the renovation is a reflection of that growth. We can’t wait for a space that will hold even more memories, welcome even more sisters through its doors, and give even more girls the opportunity to call 729 Brittain Dr. home! We’re so excited to watch our new house become a place for future generations of ADPi’s to make memories for years to come!

Our house Expansion Plan

Our house is being expanded to support the chapter’s continued growth and enhance the member experience. We are so excited for our new house with so many new features and improvements. Starting off, we are expanding from our current 8,500 sq. ft. to 20,300 sq. ft., so our house will be exponentially bigger! Also, there will be an addition of a three-story expansion to the back of the house. With these expansions, we will have 47 beds across 26 bedrooms, and a large wrap-around porch with seating for 42 members. Additionally, our house will feature group and individual study rooms and an expanded chapter room. Across all aspects, there will be improved living, academic, and community spaces for all members. This project is designed for completion by Fall 2027, and we cannot wait to share our new house with all of our sisters!

Our house history

Zeta Omicron acquired its first house on campus in the year of 1980.  The house was built in 1932 and had to undergo major renovations before it could be used.  In the summer of 1981, an addition was made which allowed members to hold chapter meetings and Recruitment parties within the house.  Zeta Omicron quickly outgrew its original house and began construction on an entirely new and beautiful house in 1995. It was opened with a celebration in Spring of 1996.

The Meal Plan

Our meal plan offers lunch and dinner Monday through Thursday and lunch only on Friday. Our chefs, Sam and Tyler, with Chef’s menu, cook all of our delicious meals and with help from the kitchen staff. Having a meal plan on campus is one thing our sisters say makes Alpha Delta Pi so valuable and convenient on campus. This meal plan freshman year, takes the place of the freshman meal plan.

Life Living at the house!

“Living at ADPi has been such an amazing experience for me. As a senior in high school, when I pictured my college experience, it included living in my sorority house. Being constantly surrounded by friends, there is never a dull moment. From the random Friday morning Brooklyn Bagel runs to the late night movie nights, the house girls are always excited to spend time together and make fun memories! Living in the house truly amplifies the ADPi experience by providing countless interactions with each member as they come to the house as well as increased attention to events and activities going on at the house. It is just so much fun and I recommend it to everyone!!!”
